These terms explain how ordering with Paper Dusties works. By sending an order through our order form, email, or social media, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Paper Dusties is a home-based print and RISO studio in Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines. All transactions and correspondence are online only. We do not run a walk-in shop.
2. Placing an order
Orders are sent through our order form . Please fill in every required field, including the service, quantity, size, and date needed.
Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Quantities below the minimum cannot be accepted.
Share your files by link or upload. We email or DM you the invoice and payment instructions. An order is only confirmed once we reply and you agree.
We have the final say on which orders we accept and print. It is at our sole discretion to accept, decline, or stop any order.
Prices in our price calculator are estimates. The final price depends on the product, size, quantity, finish, and design help needed.
3. Payment
We require full payment on all orders before production starts. We will send payment details once your order is confirmed.
4. Files and design
You are responsible for the files you send. Please check spelling, sizes, colors, and details before approving.
We offer basic and full in-house design and editing to make files ready for printing. Design help is quoted separately when needed.
Colors on screen can look different from printed colors, and RISO prints have natural variation, so slight differences are normal.
Once you approve a proof or confirm your order, we are not able to reprint or refund for mistakes that were in the approved file.
5. Production time and rush orders
Turnaround depends on the product and the order quantity. We will give you an estimate when we confirm your order. Rush orders are possible only if our schedule allows, so contact us before placing your order.
6. Delivery
We ship anywhere in the Philippines via J&T. We do not offer pickups. Local delivery is available with a minimal delivery fee. Shipping fees depend on the courier and your location. Once an order is handed to the courier, delays and handling are outside our control, but we will help you follow it up.
7. Custom sizes and shapes
Most of our products can be made to your preferred size and shape. Please tell us in your order so we can confirm what is possible and the price.
8. Ownership of artwork and copyright
All artwork belongs solely to the artist or the person who made it. Sending us a file does not transfer any ownership to Paper Dusties. We only print it.
You are responsible for the artwork you send. You confirm that you own it or have permission to print it, including any characters, logos, photos, fonts, or other material in it.
We cannot print work that infringes someone else's rights, and we may decline such orders. Any copyright or ownership issue is between you and the other party, and Paper Dusties is not responsible for it.
We only use your artwork to produce your order. If we design something for you and you pay for it, you own the finished design. We may show it for promotion, such as in our portfolio and on social media, but we will not sell it or reuse it for anyone else.
9. Content we do not print
We do not print unethical content, such as extreme nudity, pornography or anything related to it, gore, or other material we consider harmful or offensive. It is our sole discretion whether to accept or decline any file, and we may decline an order for this reason.
10. Use of AI
We do not print or design AI-generated images or artworks. If we suspect that any part of your artwork is AI-generated, it is our sole discretion whether to print it, and we may decline the order.
We do not use your artwork to train AI tools or to generate new images.
The Paper Dusties Helper is not an AI tool. It gives automated answers based on our FAQs. Its answers are for guidance only. Prices, timelines, and order details are only final when confirmed by us.
11. Showcasing finished work
We may post photos or videos of finished prints on our social media pages, such as Instagram and Facebook, to show our work, and we will credit the artist where we can. We will not use your artwork anywhere else, such as ads, merchandise, or other sales, without your agreement.
If you prefer that we do not post your work, tell us on the order form or by message before or after your order, and we will not post it. Any other use needs agreement between you and us.
We do not post anything that shows personal names, addresses, or contact numbers, unless we agree otherwise with you.
12. Cancellations and refunds
We require full payment before production starts. Once production has started, we cannot cancel the order or give a refund, except in rare cases beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you approved because of our error, we will reprint it or refund you, whichever we agree on with you.
We cannot refund for mistakes in a file you approved, small color differences, the natural variation in RISO prints, or courier delays after we hand the order over.
Approved refunds are sent back to the payment method you used.
13. Problems with your order
If something arrives damaged or is not what you approved, message us within a few days of receiving it with clear photos. We will review each case fairly and work out a fix with you.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
