Your details are safe with us. This page explains what we collect when you order from or message Paper Dusties, why we need it, and how we look after it. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

1. What we collect

Order form: your name, email, contact number, Instagram or Facebook handle, recipient name, complete address, delivery choice, order details, notes, and the files or links you share with us.
Contact form and email: your name, email address, and your message. When you email us, we also receive whatever you include in your email, such as attachments.
Payments: the amount, date, and method of your payment, so we can match it to your order. We never ask for your card number or account passwords.
On this website: your browser keeps small notes, such as your unfinished order form, so you do not lose your progress. These stay on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

To quote, confirm, print, and deliver your order.
To reply to your questions and send your invoice, receipt, and order updates.
To keep simple records of our orders and payments.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

3. Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the studio, and only what each one needs:

Google (Gmail): our email inbox, where your messages, invoices, and receipts are sent and kept.
FormSubmit: carries the files you upload on the order form to our email.
Cloudflare and DigitalOcean: host and protect this website and our private order system.
J&T Express or a local courier: your recipient name, contact number, and address, so your order can be delivered.
Your bank or e-wallet: handles your payment. We only see the payment details you send us.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

4. Your artwork and photos

Your files are used only to produce your order. We do not use them to train AI tools. Our Terms & Conditions explain when we may show finished prints on social media, and you can always ask us not to.

5. How we keep it safe

Our order system is private and protected by sign-in and secure (HTTPS) connections.
Only the Paper Dusties team can see your details.
Our connection to Gmail can only read and send studio email. It cannot delete or change anything in the account.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them for our business records and as required by law. Messages and files are kept while your order is active and for a reasonable time after, so we can help with reprints or questions. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email us and we will reply as soon as we can. If you feel we have not handled your concern well, you may contact the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
